Above, a thrift-store painting par excellence, “James Dean in Rebel Without a Cause by Tommy.” Just fabulous!

I was unkindly accused of having a prurient interest rather than an artistic one in the above ladies when I bought these beautiful paintings for my collection. Piffle! In all likelihood, these are portraits commissioned by proud parents of their lovely daughters. The artist, so far as I can make out, is Carlton Tims or maybe Carlton S. Tims or Stims. I don’t know! Oil on canvas.
